Creating a Layer

Layers are views that capture actor visibility; actor invisibility is not captured. You can create layers.

  1. Set actor visibility in the scene as needed.
  2. In the Layers pane toolbar, click Create Layer .
  3. In the dialog box, type a layer name and click OK.

    The layer is added to the Layers pane.

  4. To apply the layer to a view, double-click the layer name.
